If you were arrested in Orange County then your criminal case will be in one of several Orange County Courts

(1)  West Justice Center, (2)  Harbor Justice Center, (3) Centerl Justice Center, (4) North Justice Center or (5) South Justice Center.

Since your were arrested in Orange County for a DUI, the Irvine Driver Safety Office will be the facility conducting the DMV Administrative Per Se Hearing to determine whether or not you will suffer a license suspension.
